'I want a reverse and controversial generational thinking. A Shakespearean midsummernight confusion. In which nobody no longer knows who does what with whom and why. This will set everything in motion. I am looking forward to less logical practices, less well considered collaborations.
Side tracks. In our performances all ages perform together, we combine old and new forms. Unfortunately in the way we set up our organizations we are less open, less flexible and less creative. Our creativity is not limited to our work. Exactly the same creativity is essential in the structure of our field. If we employ all the qualities we have, without fixing them in certain areas or in a certain group, wonderful things may happen.'
